Recruitment Privacy Policy

RIGHTHANDS CORPORATION LTD.(“Company”) will collect, handle and use your personal information (hereinafter defined) in connection with the recruiting or job application process (“Company’s Recruitment Process”) based on the following policies. Your provision of personal information in connection with Company’s Recruitment Process confirms your consent for Company to collect that information and to use, transfer, retain and share it with third parties as specified in this policy.

Collecting Personal Information

Company collects your information that identifies an individual by means of descriptions such as name, address, telephone number, email address, workplace, and date of birth, including, but not limited to any information that may not be identifiable in its own right but becomes identifiable when cross-referenced with other information (“personal information”) in connection with Company’s Recruitment Process. However, Company does not collect your sensitive personal information such as belief or religion, health, sexual orientation, race or ethnic origin, and political affiliation in connection with Company’s Recruitment Process. If you provide such information voluntarily, you are deemed to have given your consent to providing such information. In the case that Company requires certain personal information at the point of collection of personal information in any services and you do not provide such personal information, the relevant service may not be available to you.

Using Personal Information

Personal information that Company collects may be used to communicate with you, to manage Company’s Recruitment Process, and for compliance with corporate governance and legal and regulatory requirements. If you are hired, personal information may be used in connection with employment and corporate management.

Providing Personal Information to Third Party

Company may share your personal information internally and with service providers and other third parties as necessary in connection with Company’s Recruitment Process employment, corporate governance, acquisitions and legal or regulatory requirements. Company requires that its service providers and such other third parties keep your personal information strictly confidential and that they only use the personal information in furtherance of the specific purpose for which it was disclosed. Company and its service providers may use your personal information in a form in which your identity cannot be determined for other purposes not specified above, including in the development and testing of products and services.

Contact with Personal Information

You may access and correct personal information you have submitted to Company. Company will take reasonable steps (to the extent necessary to fulfill its purpose) to respond promptly after verifying your identity, when you request disclosure, correction, deletion, or termination of use of your personal information. Company verifies the identity of the individual concerned by using personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, date of birth, email address) responding to such request, provided, however, that COMPANY ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY IF A PARTY OTHER THAN THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED OBTAINS AND USES SUCH INFORMATION.

Security and Confidentiality of Personal Information

Except as otherwise stated in this policy or as required for legal or regulatory purposes, Company treats your personal information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent. Company maintains, and requires its services providers to maintain, reasonable administrative, physical, and technical controls designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Company employees who may have access to personal information are required to keep that information confidential. Company may employ security procedures at its facilities and on its computer systems to monitor and maintain security, including the use of closed circuit television. Any monitoring of Company facilities, systems or assets is performed in accordance with applicable law.

Retention of Personal Information

Company may retain your personal information to consider you for other job opportunity. To the extent permitted or required by law, Company may delete data at any time; accordingly, you should retain your own copy of any information you submit to us after termination of your Company’s Recruitment Process.

Accuracy of Personal Information

You are responsible for the information you provide or make available to Company, and you must ensure it is honest, truthful, accurate and not misleading in any way. You must ensure that the information provided does not contain material that is obscene, defamatory, or infringing on any rights of any third party; does not contain malicious code; and is not otherwise legally actionable. Further, if you provide any information concerning any other person, such as individuals you provide as references, you are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents necessary for Company to collect and use that information as described in this policy.

Amendment of this Privacy Policy

Company may amend and update this policy from time to time.
